The drive continues to the secluded village of Golitsa with its hospitable people, waddling geese, and old tractors. The mid-19th century village church with its simple interior will win you over with its tranquillity.
Have you tried the homemade Bulgarian brandy yet? You will enjoy a refreshing break in the distillery and taste the strong Bulgarian rakia. The culmination of the day is a delicious lunch in the fragrant spring forest, in the shade of oaks and beeches. Let yourself be tempted by the homemade dishes. Everything is lovingly prepared by a farming family: freshly baked farmhouse bread and tasty cheese as well as Bulgarian Banitza and grilled meat.
